Virtual Sadhana

Many of us have been participating in virtual sadhanas for many weeks, and it has been of great benefit during these challenging times. Would you like to join us? We would like to invite you to a daily sadhana practice in the ambrosial hours between 4:15-6:30 a.m. ET (Toronto time) any day.

Register here for the link.

We have a dedicated team of inspiring sadhana leaders who will be leading on different days of the week or month, with the intention for it to be a continuous flow.

Yogic teachings state that 4-7 a.m. is the time of day when the veil between this world and “the other world’ – or between the Earth and the Heavens – is the thinnest. It is the best time to pray, meditate, and connect your finite self with your Infinite self.

Sadhana practice builds grit, strength, radiance and intuition. Practicing together moves us from individual consciousness to group consciousness, which can help us to stay positive and connected during these times of social distancing and isolation.

If you don’t yet have the Aquarian Sadhana experience, here is an outline of what to expect.

We begin at 4:15 with Japji recitation (approx 25 minutes). Next, a Kundalini Yoga kriya and relaxation (approx 40 min). Then an hour of chanting of the seven Aquarian mantras:

  • Morning Call / Long Ek Ong Kaars (7 min)
  • Waah Yantee, Kar Yantee (7 min)
  • Mul Mantra (7 min)
  • Sat Siri, Siri Akal (7 min)
  • Rakhe Rakhan Har (7 min)
  • Wahe Guru Wahe Jio (22 min)
  • Guru Ram Das Chant (5 min)

We look forward to seeing you there!

In love and light,

Sat Dharam, Tera Sundri, Dharm Kaur, Anna Madejak (Basantdeep Kaur), Janet Saunders
