Online Yoga Classes
Sat Dharam teaches online yoga classes Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 6:30 – 8:00 a.m. ET (Toronto time).
Everyone welcome. Classes are either free or by donation.
Donations can be made by etransfer (in Canada) or paypal to email@example.com.

Join us for Early Morning Sadhana (spiritual practice) every day from 4:15 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
A dedicated group of yogis meets daily online to practice the classic Aquarian Sadhana, consisting of a 25 minute recitation of the Sikh prayer, Japji Sahib, followed by 30 minutes of Kundalini Yoga and an hour of chanting. You are welcome to join us.
