This course provides the foundation to be able to teach specialized courses. Due to COVID and the uncertainty of meeting in person at this time, the full course will be taught online, via Zoom. The textbook will be in a digital format.

|Sat Dharam teaches every Tues and Wed morning. You will need to complete 20 yoga classes outside of class time with any KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teachers. We will offer other dates and times with select teachers.|

Sat Dharam is a certified Kundalini Yoga Lead teacher trainer and instructor, author, and naturopathic doctor practicing in Owen Sound, Ontario. Har-Prakash Khalsa has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and meditation since 1985. Beginning as a student of Zen meditation, Har-Prakash went on to become a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and teacher of Mindfulness meditation in the algorithmic secular style of Shinzen Young (whom Har-Prakash has studied intensively with since 1999).
