Kundalini Yoga Training
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic system combining breathing, movement, stretching, postures, meditation, the use of sound and rhythm, relaxation and meditation. Each class includes pranayam, a sequence of postures for specific effects, relaxation and meditation. Kundalini Yoga was brought to North America in 1968, but has evolved over thousands of years, originating in India. As there are a wide variety of exercises and meditations utilized in Kundalini Yoga, it can be adapted to address many specific health applications.
Kundalini Yoga Training with Sat Dharam Kaur includes a variety of intensive programs developed to train teachers and allow them to specialize in teaching Kundalini Yoga for specific applications.

Kundalini Yoga Training with Sat Dharam Kaur
Sat Dharam Kaur N.D. has studied Kundalini Yoga since 1976 and has facilitated teacher training programs in Canada and throughout the world. She has been called a “teacher of teachers and healer of healers”.
Currently she is not teaching any Kundalini Yoga teacher trainings, but does offer weekly classes.
