Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic system combining breathing, movement, stretching, postures, meditation, the use of sound and rhythm, relaxation and meditation. Each class includes pranayam, a sequence of postures for specific effects, relaxation and meditation. Kundalini Yoga originated during the Tantra and Shakti period in India in the 6th century CE and evolved over hundreds of years through a variety of lineages and teachers. It was was brought to North America in 1968. As there are a wide variety of exercises and meditations utilized in Kundalini Yoga, it can be adapted to address many specific health applications.

Kundalini Yoga Training with Sat Dharam Kaur includes a variety of intensive programs developed to train teachers and allow them to specialize in teaching Kundalini Yoga for specific applications.

Sat Dharam Kaur N.D. has studied Kundalini Yoga since 1976 and has facilitated teacher training programs in Canada and throughout the world. She has been called a “teacher of teachers and healer of healers”.

Sat Dharam teaches a variety of programs including Beyond Addiction, The Healthy Breast Program and the Four Season Yoga Cleanse.

Sat Dharam will be offering a 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Bucharest, Romania  from October 3-16, 2025 and January 31-February 13, 2026 (28 days).
