Sat Dharam Kaur N.D.

Sat Dharam is a certified Kundalini Yoga Lead teacher trainer and instructor, author, and naturopathic doctor practicing in Owen Sound, Ontario. She has studied Kundalini Yoga with Yogi Bhajan since 1976 and has facilitated teacher training programs in Toronto (ON), Canmore (AB), and New Mexico. Yogi Bhajan called Sat Dharam a “Teacher of teachers and Healer of healers.”

She has developed an addiction recovery program using Kundalini Yoga as well as a breast health yoga training, designed to help educate women in breast cancer prevention through Kundalini Yoga and lifestyle change. A featured teacher at the Toronto Yoga Show for many years, as well as the Vancouver Yoga Show and at Khalsa Women’s Camp in New Mexico, she has written several best selling books: A Call to Women: The Healthy Breast Program and Workbook, The Complete Natural Medicine Guide to Breast Cancer, and The Complete Natural Medicine Guide to Women’s Health.

Daya Kaur

Daya Kaur has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1996, teaching, and living a yogic lifestyle since 2002. Certified through KRI, IKYTA with additional training in Healthy Breast Program, KY for Addiction Recovery, Radiant Child, and Holistic Nutrition. She weaves the physical aspect and philosophy of yoga with a daily spiritual discipline, aware that these sacred teachings are still relevant today. Daya Kaur thrives on sharing this knowledge and guiding others on their personal path.

Nirmal Singh

Nirmal Singh is a Kundalini Yoga Lead teacher trainer, and has taught Kundalini Yoga since 1999. After a successful career in advertising, he created The Wellness Path which offers Kundalini Yoga and related programs to the local, regional and international communities. He currently produces 3HO events including sacred chant concerts, White Tantric Yoga, advanced yoga workshops, and Level 2 teacher training courses conducted by international trainers.

Sat Kaur Khalsa is a certified Kundalini Yoga Lead teacher trainer and instructor who has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for 19 years. Trained in Toronto, she relocated to beautiful Nelson, British Columbia in 2001. She has been honoured to serve the community by building a strong sangat of students, and supporting students in becoming teachers, in a community where Kundalini Yoga was relatively unheard of. A former law clerk, she is passionately committed to support students in achieving their infinite potential through the gifts of these sacred teachings.

Gurucharan Singh Khalsa PhD

Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Ph.D., LPCC, is a leading Trainer in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and has helped to compile and elucidate Yogi Bhajan’s teachings since 1969. Gurucharan Singh combines Western scientific training with Eastern traditions to develop practical approaches to personal growth and fulfillment. His first degrees and graduate studies were from Harvey Mudd College and Claremont Graduate School. His major emphasis was in mathematics, with a broad training in physics, chemistry, engineering and a minor in psychology. Later Gurucharan Singh earned both an M.Ed. at Boston University and a Ph.D. in psychology with an emphasis on research in meditation and clinical counseling. He has a keen understanding of Humanology, the psychology of personal excellence developed by Yogi Bhajan, and has used it in clinical practice for three decades as well as developed trainings in Humanology for therapists and healers.

Gurushabd Khalsa

Born in Guru Ram Das ashram in Toronto, Gurushabd grew up in a spiritual community of Kundalini Yogis, healers, teachers, and Sikhs. When she was 13 Gurushabd spent a year studying at a yogic school in India. She became a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher at the age of 17 and has been teaching ever since. Gurushabd has also trained in mindfulness meditation with Shinzen Young and recently participated in a mindfulness meditation study at Harvard. As a teacher Gurushabd is known for her open-heart, sweetness, and grace, combined with a depth of wisdom beyond her years. An avid beekeeper, educator and creator of conscious community, Gurushabd graduated from U of T in environmental studies, worked for NGOs at the United Nations in Geneva and in Mumbai, and is now the owner and director of Lotus Yoga Center. Har-Prakash Khalsa

Har-Prakash Khalsa has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and meditation since 1985. Beginning as a student of Zen meditation, Har-Prakash went on to become a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and teacher of Mindfulness meditation in the algorithmic secular style of Shinzen Young (whom Har-Prakash has studied intensively with since 1999). Har-Prakash has also studied with Joshu Sasaki Roshi (Rinzai Zen) and Leah Brasington (Jhana teacher). He has participated in many inipi ceremonies (sweat lodges) with the native elder Vern Harper. Har-Prakash has a deep love for the finer points of the meditation process from various traditions, including the contemplative Christian, Hindu, Sikh, Sufi and Buddhist and scientific perspectives. He has an ongoing passion and gift for teaching how each contemplative approach fits within the human sensory system, and how meditation in any style can be deepened for yogis at any level.

Siri Hari Kaur

Siri Hari Kaur is a certified Kundalini Yoga Professional Trainer who has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2002, and introduced Kundalini Yoga to Okotoks in 2008, where there is now a thriving community of teachers and students. 
She is an Internationally Certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Certified Radiant Child Yoga Teacher. Siri Hari loves the opportunity to help students find a deeper connection to their bodies and minds through this practice, creating a safe space where people can develop a deeper awareness of their bodies, and learn how to quiet their minds.
